yapper.chat will have both public and private chatrooms. you will be able to access a public chatroom using a link like yapper.chat/!chatroom or by using a chatroom search feature. There will also be private chatrooms that you can be added to by the creator of the chat, or someone who the creator of the chat authorized to add people.
